1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Knot & Kora website and any purchase you make from us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Products and pricing
Every saree is a handcrafted, one-of-a-kind piece. Slight variations in colour, weave, motif placement and finish are inherent to handloom and hand-block processes and are not considered defects. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, descriptions and availability may change without notice.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received and we acknowledge the order in writing on WhatsApp or email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
4. Shipping
We ship pan-India through reputed courier partners. Estimated dispatch is within 2 to 5 business days of order confirmation, and delivery timelines depend on the destination pin code. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address provided. Please ensure the address and contact details are accurate; we are not liable for losses caused by incorrect information.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including photographs, videos, text, the Knot & Koraname and logo, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid by you for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
