Return & Refund Policy

No returns or exchanges
Each saree is a handpicked, often one-of-a-kind piece. To honour the artisans who craft them and to keep our pricing fair, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
Damaged or incorrect items
Every order is inspected and packed with care. In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with the following:
- Order number and your registered name
- Clear photographs of the item showing the issue
- A photograph of the outer packaging as received
Reports received after 3 days, or without photo proof, cannot be processed.
Resolution
If we confirm a manufacturing defect or shipping error, we will, at our discretion, offer one of the following: a replacement of the same item subject to availability, a store credit valid for 12 months, or a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days of approval.
Not covered
- Slight variations in colour, weave, motif or finish that are inherent to handcrafted textiles
- Minor irregularities arising from natural dyes and hand-block printing
- Damage caused by improper handling, washing or storage after delivery
- Items returned without prior written approval from our team
Cancellations
Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled. If you have changed your mind, please reach out before the order is dispatched and we will try to help on a best-effort basis.
