Est. 2015 · 10 years of stories
Sarees for everystory you wear.
From kora — the Sanskrit word for cloth in its purest, untouched form — to the knot that binds every drape to the woman who wears it. Handpicked Kanjivaram, block prints, organza & cotton, carried with care for over a decade.

The meaning of our name
Knot & कोरा
In Sanskrit, कोरा (kora) means cloth in its most original, untouched, unwoven form — pure potential. And a knot is the quiet binding between two things that were always meant to meet: the weave and the wearer, the artisan and the moment, tradition and the woman who carries it forward.
For ten years we've travelled across India — to looms in Kanchipuram, block studios in Bagru, the soft hands of weavers in Bengal — to bring home sarees that feel like they were made for you. Slow, intentional, and beautifully imperfect.
